The opportunity

The work happens
in the garden.

A training session ends. The growing season continues. Farmers still need to decide what to plant, record a harvest and keep track of a sale.

ImbewuField connects those everyday jobs with the people providing support. Mentors can follow learning and field visits; organisations and funders can see the work recorded through the season.

01 / Farmers

Grow & record

Plan the farm, learn new skills and keep a useful business record.

02 / Mentors

Guide & follow up

Assign learning, answer questions and make each field visit count.

03 / Organisations

Coordinate delivery

Bring gardens, training and programme reporting into one workspace.

04 / Funders

See the progress

Review shared records, dated progress and published findings.

01 / Plan the land

A plan you can
work from.

Bring beds, trees, water, paths and zones into one site design. Save the map, print it for training and return to it during a field visit.

The crop planner takes that design into the season, showing what to sow and harvest, bed by bed.

02 / Learn as you grow

A question in the field.
A place to start.

Work through illustrated lessons, listen to audio and keep track of learning. When something needs a closer look, bring a photo and a question to Lima, the app’s AI field guide.

Mentors can assign modules and use the next visit to help growers put the learning into practice.

03 / Keep useful records

A sale at the gate.
A record on the phone.

Create an invoice, share it through WhatsApp and record payment. Keep the customer, produce, amount and payment status together, ready to find again.

Those everyday records help connect farm activity with a clearer account of programme delivery.

04 / People make it work

Support that continues
after the training.

Use a lesson or crop plan beside the work. Let growers practise, record what they do and bring questions to the next visit.

Before returning, mentors can review learning and farm records, identify where help is needed and agree the next practical step.

Training and onboarding are tailored to the team and programme.

05 / See the programme

A garden is more
than a number.

See the place, the person and the work through the season. Garden profiles bring production, sales and training progress together, giving programme teams a practical basis for follow-up and reporting.
